Our tiny homes lot rental division is controlled by our parent company Lake Norman Motor Coach Resort.
Come rent a tiny home before you buy and spend the weekend on our beautiful lake where we have kayaks, boat rentals, paddleboards and a huge outside patio with a bar. Lake Norman is about 34 miles long with 520 miles of shoreline!
Our tiny home lots for rental program offers a 1, 3, or 5 year lease on lots on the 2nd tier standard side or all of the third tier. Lot rental fees are the same as listed for the one year price and 3 year leases offer a 5% discount and the 5 year lease offers a 10% discount.
